George was my first contact on the phone and he was informative and very helpful. Mark was the star on the day and he was great from start to end, especially as he was the only one onsite that day and rushed off his feet. I was happy to wait while he was busy with other customers and appreciated his patience when I needed time to consider my options. I traded my vehicle in and the cashback process was immediate and hassle free. Definitely would recommend the team to others and use again in the future.
